The team is headed by a project director, who is the client’s SPOC (single point of contact) throughout the design process, while our project director coordinates all project activities. Material and finishes selection process will be handled by our in-house suppliers. Throughout the interior design process, continuous improvement and monitoring relative to benchmarked budget and made objectives are prime goals.
