After we have worked through the preliminary design and made any necessary revisions, we will reconvene with finalized selections and construction documents, including floor plans and 3D renderings. Based on the changes to the floor plans, we begin the process of ordering specified products and materials, designing any custom furnishings and built-ins, as well as move to creating construction documents as needed for any construction or renovation project. This is where your project really starts to take form and you can see the space come to life.
