Discovery is all about learning about you so we can create a space that is a reflection of your own unique style. It’s okay not to know what exactly you want or how to verbalize it – it is our job to bring your dream to reality. We take what we have discovered and establish the scope of your design project and create a plan including all aspects of interior design and defining the design services needed, budgeting, scheduling, contracting and coordinating details.
After researching and discovering your individual needs, we hit our drawing boards and develop ideas and solutions that encompass all of your needs, wants and desires. We will also create preliminary construction drawings for you to look at and will discuss any changes that need to be made.
After we have worked through the preliminary design and made any necessary revisions, we will reconvene with finalized selections and construction documents, including floor plans and 3D renderings. Based on the changes to the floor plans, we begin the process of ordering specified products and materials, designing any custom furnishings and built-ins, as well as move to creating construction documents as needed for any construction or renovation project. This is where your project really starts to take form and you can see the space come to life.
Our team adeptly manages and supervises the entire installation process on your behalf, keeping you up to speed on all developments. Each of our technicians is factory trained and certified with a minimum of 10-years experience. During the installation, they’ll review proper usage and maintenance techniques and aim to leave your space cleaner than the found it.
